Jürgen Pfister studied computer science at the Würzburg University of Applied Sciences. He then expanded his extensive IT experience within the framework of multiple projects as developer and solution architect and subsequently as project and programme manager . A permanent position at Dresdner Bank followed in which Mr. Pfister was responsible for the development of the IT application environment for the support of the controlling and accounting for the investment bank.
A further position as Deputy Director at a specialised consultancy firm for banks and other consulting mandates in management positions ensued the founding of HighQ ^IT in 1998.

His management vision for HighQ^IT:

A consultancy firm that realises outstanding results by utilising outstanding experts to bridge the gap between bank specific requirements and technical implementation.

Thomas Popp

Thomas Popp studied computer science at the Würzburg University of Applied Sciences and has been active as an entrepreneur and management consultant in the manufacturing industry for over 20 years. Exceptional project results in management consulting are only achievable with excellent employees, proven methods, tested industry expertise and a specific industry focus.

This and the many years of working together with Jürgen Pfister were the basis for the founding of “HighQ^IT for the financial industry”. Success and client enthusiasm are only possible if we recognise the expectations of our clients and work constantly to exceed them.

Max Haller

Max Haller studied business management at the universities in Venice and Innsbruck and then began his career in management consulting.  

He accumulated excellent specialised know-how in the areas of process analysis and project management through more than 10 years of consulting in the banking and corporate environment. The first projects were focussed on the professional and technical implementation of exchange front-ends and the connection to market data systems.
He subsequently accompanied the successful implementation of trading systems at well-known banks in the national and international environment. In these projects, he was responsible for the complete project life cycle from the system selection to the technical specification through to the system implementation and production launch.  Mr. Haller brings over ten years of consulting experience which can be utilised by clients and colleagues of HighQ^IT.

Max Haller has been at HighQ^IT since 2005 and is responsible for the Trading & Operations area. The consulting focus of his team is on the integration of standard banking systems (particularly Calypso and Murex) at banks and corporations.

Jens Neuschulz

Jens Neuschulz studied business information technology at the Moscow State University for Transport Engineering (MIIT). Following his studies, he worked for 8 years at a software and consulting firm as a software developer and consultant and then for 7 years as team manager at an international management consulting company. He has been responsible since 2008 for the Technology area at HighQ^IT.

In this time, he has gained extensive experience through participation in many major projects at well-known national and international firms in the production and development of software, the organisation and modelling of the respective data structures and the operation of software systems. Together with his own team, he develops reliable and high performing software systems for business critical processes.
